OWATONNA, MN – 800 North Glebe Road in Arlington, VA has been named the 2012 Speculative Office Building of the Year by the NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Northern Virginia in the ‘4 Stories and Above’ category. The award was presented to developer and owner The JBG Companies, and the building features over 78,000 square feet of Viracon glass.
