Fast-Set Deep Patch

TEC® Fast-Set Deep Patch is a cement-based underlayment, designed specifically for deep fills, ramping and leveling concrete and plywood subfloors. Whether used for featheredging or for deep fills, Fast-Set Deep Patch gives contractors control over the substrate surface. It can be used for fills of up to 1-1/2” in a single application and up to 5” with proper aggregation.

Fast-Set Deep Patch, a self-drying formula, offers contractors convenience in application. It can be effectively applied to both interiors and exteriors with a steel trowel, float or screed and should be used with TEC® Patch Additive for exterior applications. Curing to walkable hardness in approximately 60 minutes, Fast-Set Deep Patch is ready for most floor coverings in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Fast-Set Deep Patch provides a 4,200 PSI compressive strength, as well as high bond strength.

Fast-Set Deep Patch contains zero VOCs. It is available in 25 lb. moisture-resistant bags.
