LarsonO'Brien Hires Vince Scarfo as Head of Operations and Growth Consulting

PITTSBURGH, PA… LarsonO’Brien welcomes Vince Scarfo as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Growth Consulting.

Scarfo brings decades of sales, operations, and marketing experience with Fortune 50 companies and innovative start-ups to his dual role at LarsonO’Brien.

As COO, Scarfo will be responsible for the daily operation of LarsonO’Brien, ensuring that client investments are managed at the highest levels of performance and efficiencies. He will focus on constantly advancing process improvements to exceed employee & client expectations.

As Director of Growth Consulting, Scarfo will oversee channel management, assist with CRM consulting, training, and development, and enable the company’s building products clients to modernize their sales philosophy, processes, tools, and metrics. He will work closely with Kevin Mayer, LarsonO’Brien’s Director of Client Growth.

In addition to overseeing sales teams, he held executive level leadership roles in marketing, engineering, human resources, operations, and Government Relations.

Scarfo has been directly responsible for marketing budgets in excess of $2M and has managed P&Ls in excess of $300M. He has also been inspirational in providing consultative services to startups and small businesses.
