OAKMONT, PA (September 5, 2018) – Chelsea Building Products recently partnered with Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity for a new home build in Savannah, GA, as part of Habitat for Humanity’s homeownership program. Chelsea Building Products worked with Town & Country Industries to supply and install Everlast® Advanced Composite Siding in Chestnut color, 6-7/8” planks.

KENNETT SQUARE, PA…Originally built in 1956, Cornell University’s Upson Hall was reinvented to meet 21^st Century standards for campus planning, learning and research environments, and energy performance. Approximately 29,000 square feet of finished assemblies consisting of Metalwërks®’ ornamental metal enclosures and Arcwall™ rainscreen panels were instrumental in transforming the 155,000 square-foot, LEED Platinum® structure into a thermally-efficient, aesthetically-forward, enriched hub for student learning and innovation.

Moon Township, PA… Renovations and an addition to the Clemson Littlejohn Coliseum at Clemson University utilized the uniquely multi-purpose capabilities of CENTRIA’s Formawall® Dimension Series® insulated metal panels. Addressing both aesthetic and technical challenges, these metal panels in Arctic Ice and Slate Grey, in addition to IW Series rainscreen panels in Midnight Bronze, improved the building’s overall appearance and the fan experience at the arena.

DEPEW, NY… The West End Concourse, forming Phase I of the Moynihan Train Hall project, significantly expands and redevelops the New York City, Penn Station terminal.  SEFAR® Architecture LIGHTFRAME® ceiling system illuminates this elegant, underground walkway, enabling commuters and travelers alike to traverse the station, board, and alight from trains, and eventually connect directly from Penn Station to the Moynihan Train Hall, when this second phase is completed in 2020.
